Property accountants launch in the Midlands
FHP Accounting, specialist property accountants, are pleased to announce its launch into the market.
FHP Accounting has been working within FHP Property Consultants, one of the largest private Commercial Property Consultancies in the East Midlands, for the last 6 years which has allowed them to identify and truly understand the industry’s requirements, what investors actually want and need from their property accountants and what the industry requires their accountant to do.
FHP Accounting is based at FHP’s Head Office in Nottingham City Centre and is led by the husband and wife team, Kirren and Kellee Quigley. Kellee joined FHP in 2016 from Yusen Logistics with Kirren joining in 2017 from the Sytner Group, both having a wealth of knowledge and working in a variety of specialisms.
Having worked at FHP Property Consultants for a few years they identified a gap in the market for specific property administration and accounts requirements. The team found themselves developing a service that would be valuable to other individuals and businesses outside of FHP, which led to the forming of FHP Accounting in 2018. Since then, the team has been defining these services and building a strong team, and are now ready to offer their services to clients outside of FHP Property Consultants.
