Terms & Conditions of the referral scheme.
- Open to existing and previous clients only.
- Referrals will only be eligible if they and not already in conversation with us in the last 12 months.
- No cash or products are rewarded.
- There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer to us whilst running the scheme.
- The referrer may be named in the communication between FHP accounting services Limited and the referred client.
- The voucher or donation will be issued within 30 days once the first payment has been received from the referred client.
- If you work for multiple businesses you cannot refer yourself from one business domain to another.
- In the event of any dispute regarding any referred sole trader or business, FHP accounting services decision is final.
- Referral leads will close within 6 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible.
- Any personal details are processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return as a benefit, we are not responsible for any tax implications.
- Vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address submitted on the referral form.
