How does your bookkeeping service work remotely?
We will work within your software, and tailor our service to your businesses needs, it may be that you only require specific work in bank reconciliation, supplier invoice recording or credit control or you need a full bookkeeping service.
We can provide a dedicated email address for your customers and suppliers to contact us about their accounting queries, or we can record the data provided by you.

How much does bookkeeping cost?
Our costs are fixed depending on your requirements, we charge for our service monthly allowing you to stay in control of your cashflow, we will never increase our fees without speaking with you first.
We can completely tailor our services to fit your budget and requirements.
Is my bookkeeping data secure?
We will never outsource your bookkeeping to another company or country all your data will be held on our secure server or cloud.
Our office has strict security protocol no data is left on screen our computers are always locked and password protected when not in use and two factor security is always used where we can.
If you have any additional security requirements or concerns we can provide solutions specifically to address your concerns, we never want you to worry about your data with us.
I do not currently use any software. Can you still help with my bookkeeping?
Yes, definitely. If you are not currently using any software, we will analyse your business requirements. We will then advise you on a plan for bookkeeping going forward. In many circumstances, when we see clients using Excel spreadsheets or similar, you’ll find that moving across to software saves you time. This allows you to focus on running your business.
My software is bespoke to my organisation can you still help me?
Our team is very experienced in using different software, we can usually adapt to your software.
What software do we recommend?
We prefer Xero software for small to medium-sized businesses. Our team are certified Xero users. This means we have all carried out full training on the system making us experts in what we do.
We do use other accounting software in specific industry sectors. We have clients that still prefer to use other software and we do carry out their bookkeeping work.
We just prefer Xero as we like to focus our training and development on one software platform. This ensures we can provide the very best service.
