Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused AAT Trainee to join our friendly and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad experience in both commercial property accounting and general accountancy practice work.
You’ll get hands-on training in specialist areas such as service charge accounts, while also supporting with the preparation of limited company accounts, corporation tax and personal tax returns. Whether you’re actively studying or a graduate still finding your path, we’re happy to support your journey at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing service charge accounts for commercial property clients.
- Post and reconcile supplier invoices and assist with payment processes.
- Support with cash reconciliations, working documents, and extended trial balances (ETBs).
- Manage supplier statement reconciliations and liaise with stakeholders on queries.
- Upload financial data into systems such as Re-Leased & MRI
- Support in preparing year-end accounts for limited companies.
- Assist in preparing and submitting corporation tax returns and personal tax returns for clients.
- Perform general bookkeeping and practice admin tasks as needed.
