Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Graduate Accountant to join our friendly and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad experience in both commercial property accounting and general accountancy practice work.

You’ll get hands-on training in specialist areas such as service charge accounts, while also supporting with the preparation of limited company accounts, corporation tax and personal tax returns. Whether you’re actively studying or a graduate still finding your path, we’re happy to support your journey at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist in preparing service charge accounts for commercial property clients.
  • Post and reconcile supplier invoices and assist with payment processes.
  • Support with cash reconciliations, working documents, and extended trial balances (ETBs).
  • Manage supplier statement reconciliations and liaise with stakeholders on queries.
  • Upload financial data into systems such as Re-Leased & MRI
  • Support in preparing year-end accounts for limited companies.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting corporation tax returns and personal tax returns for clients.
  • Perform general bookkeeping and practice admin tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• • Graduate in Accounting/Finance—or a finance graduate looking for experience before starting further study.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and general IT systems.
  • Organised and able to manage workload across varied tasks.
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude and team spirit.
